Six Grave Violations Against Children In Armed Conflict Country Wide.

The army is reporting a significant reduction in six grave violations against children in armed conflict country wide.
Chaplin Odwar from the SSPDF child protection Unit, attributes the decline in the violation to a series of training in collaboration with the United Nations missions in South Sudan – UNMISS.
He says recruitment of children, child abduction, maiming, and occupation of schools by armed forces have reduced.
His comments to Radio Miraya come ahead of the regional training of forces on six grave violations against children in armed conflict which kicks off in Juba tomorrow.
